A Full Course Meal




On The Menu Today

Drink:
Hazelnut Shake

1 cu soaked hazelnuts
2cu water
{blend in blender then strain, using remaining milk, add milk back to blender and add the following ingredients}
1 Tbs lucuma powder
1/5 vanilla bean
pinch salt
1/8 tsp ginger, ground or fresh
3 Tbs agave nectar
*yummiest served chilled, but good either way, also makes a good Popsicle!

Salad:
Corn Delight
[all amounts are to your preference]
Fresh corn on the cob, cut kernels off and place in a bowl, stir in the following
cilantro, chopped
red pepper, diced
yellow onion, diced
avocado, diced
tomato, diced
pinch of salt
*Super Fresh Tasting Salad

Main Entree:
Rawviolis in a Carrot Sauce
{adapted from: The Raw Food Primer}

butter leaf lettuce, allow to wilt at room temp, de-vein and wrap filling into it
filling-
1 cu soaked walnuts
1cu zucchini
3 Tbs braggs amino acids
2 cloves garlic
5 fresh basil leaves
{process in processor or blender}

fold in
1/2 cu yellow onion, minced
1/2 cu celery, minced
1/4cu red bell pepper, minced

Carrot Sauce
1cu carrot juice
4 Tbs almond butter
1/2 ripe avocado
2 Tbs nama shoyu
1tsp garlic powder
1 tsp agave or maple syrup
process until smooth and creamy pour over rawviolis and enjoy!
* This sauce is amazing on everything!!!

Dessert:
Strawberry~Blueberry Cheesecake
Crust
2 cup Raw Walnuts, finely ground
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
¼ teaspoon Sea Salt
¼ cup Agave
(tastes like cookie dough!)
blend in food processor and press into pie pan
Filling
2cup Pine Nuts, ground
1/2 cu Macadamia nuts, ground
1 cup Organic Coconut oil
½ cup Agave
1 Organic lemon, juiced
¼ teaspoon Sea Salt
2 teaspoon Organic Vanilla Extract
blend in food processor and pour into pie shell
Swirl Filling / Topping
1 pint Organic Strawberries, washed and chopped
1 pint blueberries
2 tablespoon Agave
5 drop Organic Lemon Juice

blend in food processor and pour on top of filling, freeze and enjoy, this is an amazing mouth watering recipe of deliciousness!!!
